Warranty and Return Policy
Thor’s Hammer RRS has a one-year manufacturer's warranty. If within one year from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Thor’s Hammer RRS LLC. will repair or replace the product, or necessary components, free of charge!
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
- Units taken out of the United States of America
- Units subjected to unauthorized repair
- Units not used in accordance with Thor’s Hammer RRS care instructions
- Damage exceeding the cost of the product
- Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the customer’s premises
- Products taken apart or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative
- Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer

Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase or attempting a repair of the device yourself voids your warranty.
We (Thor’s Hammer RRS LLC”) believe in our product’s proven performance to relieve pain and enhance recovery. If there is any reason you (“customer”) are not satisfied with your Thor’s Hammer RRS device, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund based upon the original payment method and proof of purchase. Any returns after this period cannot not be accepted.
A proof of purchase is anything that states the date of purchase, product that was purchased and merchant information.

Only items that have been purchased directly from ThorsHammer.com can be returned to Thor’s Hammer RRS. Thor’s Hammer RRS devices purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If your device has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it. Please keep in mind, you responsible for the full shipping cost for a returned device. Please keep your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. An email confirmation detailing the refunded amount will be sent to the address associated with your order. Your refund will be processed based on your original payment method. We will credit the original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Thor’s Hammer RRS LLC discretion.
Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
